I visited the 76 Gas Station located at 7208 Reseda Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. I was with a group of four people and we arrived around 3 pm. The employee on duty had locked the door and one of the girls was knocking on the window. He was busy organizing lottery tickets and it took a few minutes for him to come to the door. When he did, he started to say things like the station was closed and that there were other gas stations nearby where we could go. I told him I would report him and he said he would see me in jail. He refused to sell us gas and returned our money. I believe that if the employee is there, it is to serve the customers. This gas station is usually very busy, but the attitude of this employee could cause them to lose customers. I am glad to report that 76.com was very responsive and apologetic when I reported the incident. They took the necessary steps to ensure that this kind of situation does not happen again. I would recommend 76.com to anyone looking for a reliable gas station.
