His company, Purecode Consulting, manages technology services for small and medium-sized businesses in Long Island, New York. One of his clients, RES TBI Services, approached him in 2009 asking if he could build a platform that would not only handle their scheduling, payroll and billing processes, but also proactively manage compliance in a rapidly changing environment. Matt was absolutely right and the merchant was born. It was developed and tested for two years before they officially started selling their service in July 2011. It has grown tremendously in the past 4 years and has been able to support all different types of providers due to its flexible design.
