We have been shopping at American Eagle for a long time and have always been pleased with the quality of their clothing. Recently, we purchased a pair of jeans that unfortunately ripped down the seam after only 3 months of light wear. We have other jeans from American Eagle that are much older and have never had this issue. The customer service representative was very helpful and offered to replace the jeans. We are very satisfied with the customer service and look forward to our new pair of jeans. We highly recommend American Eagle for their quality and customer service. 5 stars!

I had a great experience with American Eagle Outfitters. I returned several items and was pleased with the quality of the clothes and the ease of access to the store. The only issue I had was with communication. I had to wait a few days for a response from the corporate team regarding the refund amount for my order. However, I eventually received a full refund and was very satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend American Eagle Outfitters for their wonderful clothes and good quality. Just make sure to get confirmation of the refund amount before proceeding with the return. 5 stars!

I had an issue with my account balance, but the customer service team at ae.com was very helpful in resolving the issue. They were patient and understanding, and I was able to get the issue sorted out without needing an account number. I'm very pleased with the service I received and would give ae.com 5 stars.

I placed an order at my local American Eagle store on December 3. I purchased two sweatshirts and one pair of plaid pajama pants as a Christmas gift. I asked the clerk not to send my partner an email, but they did anyways. I called on Monday, December 5 to get some clarification as to what happened and the representative told me that she would send this to the correct department and somebody would be contacting me. It is now Thursday, December 8 and I had to call back to find out what's going on. The representative I spoke to this time told me it was sent to the wrong department. I need these pajama pants before Christmas. Despite this issue, I am still a big fan of American Eagle and I hope they can make this right. I would really appreciate it if they could send out the pajama pants ASAP. Attached is the receipt of my three purchases.

I had difficulty paying online, but the automated phone payment was easy to use once I got connected. The customer service was very helpful in getting me set up. Overall, I had a good experience. 4 stars.
