I purchased a dining room chair from americansignaturefurniture.com and was pleased with the overall quality and design. Unfortunately, one of the legs broke while my guest was sitting on the chair. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in providing me with the necessary replacement parts to fix the chair. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the furniture. I would give americansignaturefurniture.com 4 stars.

I purchased furniture from American Signature in February 2021. The delivery was good and the quality of the furniture was great. However, I was unable to place the furniture the way I wanted to because of the ottoman on the end of the sofa. I reported this issue but no one called me back. I also noticed some damage to the furniture and when I went to the store to file a claim, I was told that I couldn't replace it and they could only fix it. I was not satisfied with this solution. I have been to the store several times and talked to managers, but no one is responding back. I was told they would call me back, but no one has. I am not satisfied with the furniture and I haven't had it for a year yet. I feel someone should have told me if I wanted the ottoman on the left or the right. Despite this issue, I am still satisfied with my purchase from American Signature and would give them 4 stars.

I purchased a piece of furniture from americansignaturefurniture.com and I am overall pleased with the quality. The leather is real and does not rub off or wash out if liquid spills on it. The furniture looks great and is only 1 year old, but it looks like it has been around for 20 years. I do not have children or pets, so I was surprised to see some scratches in the leather, especially when the light hits it. I think the furniture should be more durable for the price I paid. I had some difficulty submitting a claim, but I was able to correct the mistake and submit it. I would recommend americansignaturefurniture.com for quality furniture at a reasonable price. 4/5 stars.

The color was exactly what I wanted and the assembly was done with great attention to detail. I had to make multiple calls over several months to get the right set, but the customer service team was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I purchased several furniture pieces from American Signature Furniture for our new home. We were drawn to the selection of design styles that matched our preference and the reasonable price point. We purchased the Winston sectional in May of 2021 and were pleased with the quality of the furniture when it arrived. Unfortunately, after a few months of use, we heard a loud crack while sitting on the couch. We noticed that the area of the sectional we were sitting on was sinking lower and lower. We called the store in Alpharetta, GA and a technician came out to inspect the couch. We were disappointed to find that the wood was cracked in two different places on the main support. We spoke to the store manager, Rosie, and were not satisfied with her response. She offered to replace the damaged pieces, but we were frustrated by the inconvenience of the process. We had family members visiting our new home and had to be careful not to sit on the damaged area of the couch. We paid over $1K for this couch and felt that the condition of the couch could have been compromised prior to delivery. We are disappointed with our experience with American Signature Furniture, but we appreciate the store manager's offer to replace the damaged pieces. We hope that American Signature Furniture will take better care of their customers in the future. Despite this experience, we would still recommend American Signature Furniture for their selection of quality furniture at a reasonable price point.
