I have been a long-time customer of bhphotovideo.com and have placed many orders. I appreciate their competitive prices, but have been disappointed with their customer service in recent years. I exchanged emails with Henry Posner, Director of Communications, and was disappointed that he did not address me by name or thank me for my business. I understand that bhphotovideo.com has grown to become a large company, but I believe that they should still honor old-fashioned values and earn customers' business. I would recommend shopping locally, where businesses need and want customers, as life is too short to tolerate faceless systems. Overall, I believe bhphotovideo.com offers decent prices, but their customer service attitude needs improvement. I would give them 4 stars.

I purchased a product from B&H Photo Video and unfortunately it was defective. I contacted their customer service team and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. They asked for the serial numbers of the product and compared them to what I had sent them and what they had sent me. Unfortunately, the serial numbers did not match and they were unable to repair or refund the product. I returned it to the manufacturer and they confirmed it was counterfeit. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from B&H Photo Video. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. I would recommend B&H Photo Video for their competitive prices and excellent customer service.

I had a less than ideal experience with the used department at bhphotovideo.com. I received two broken Canon Mark III cameras and the return process was not as smooth as I had hoped. I had to wait weeks for my situation to be cleared up and I had to deal with a required signature situation. I was eventually refunded, but it took 5-7 days under return review and an additional 3-5 with my bank. Despite this experience, I would still recommend b&h to others. They have a great selection of products and their customer service team is always willing to help. 4 stars.

I used the bhphotovideo.com product on a client's film shoot and was very pleased with the results. The USB cable was strong and the power button worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solution. If I ever need a replacement model, I know I can count on bhphotovideo.com to provide me with excellent customer service. 5 stars!

I purchased a MacBook Pro M1 from the B&H Photo Video Store and had a slight issue with the delivery. The FedEx driver delivered the package to an address that was not mine and the signature was forged. I contacted B&H and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. They were quick to respond and provided me with a full refund for my order. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from B&H and would highly recommend them. 5 stars!
