My wife and I heard through word of mouth that Bed Bath & Beyond gift cards were set to expire prior to the actual stores closing. We were not notified despite being registered with BBB & having a bunch of store credits from her bridal shower. We understand that the store is still selling product, but the credit we had is now $0.00. We appreciate that Bed Bath & Beyond is still operating within the US as well as Canada currently, however, we feel that the credit should be reinstated until the doors are officially closed and liquidation is complete. We are thankful that the gift card clearly states that it is acceptable in Canada, USA and Puerto Rico, and we understand that only the Canadian side has filed for bankruptcy. We recommend that consumers with devalued gift cards should be represented by a legal team & reimbursed for the value taken from them without proper notice. We hope that Bed Bath & Beyond will provide a full refund for the balances left on the gift cards. We are giving Bed Bath & Beyond 4 stars for their efforts to provide a satisfactory solution.

I had an issue with a payment scheduled for 03/04/23. I was unable to find the payment in their system, so I had to wait until the end of the month for it to go through. The customer service team was very helpful and understanding, and they provided me with helpful advice to ensure that this issue does not happen again. I would recommend Bed Bath & Beyond to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. 4/5 stars.

I shopped at Bed Bath & Beyond and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to take advantage of the rewards program for my purchases since January. I had all the receipts and the process was easy and straightforward. I would definitely recommend Bed Bath & Beyond to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service. 5 stars!

I visited the Bed Bath & Beyond store in Westland, Michigan. The sales cashier asked if I would like my receipt emailed and I answered yes. Although I have yet to receive the receipt, I am sure that it will arrive soon. I appreciate the customer service I received and am confident that I will receive my receipt in due time. I am overall satisfied with my experience at Bed Bath & Beyond and would rate it 4 stars.

I had the opportunity to go dumpster diving at Bed Bath and Beyond and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of items I found. It's no wonder that they pay out 5 million a year and only make 1 million - they don't seem to be wasting anything! I was able to find some really nice items that I had seen on TV, and I'm sure that if I had more time I could have found even more. I highly recommend Bed Bath and Beyond for anyone looking for a great deal - just make sure to call ahead and ask if they're throwing anything away! I give Bed Bath and Beyond 5 stars!
