I was pleased to find that the staff was very helpful and accommodating in providing me with the necessary information and documents. They were also able to provide me with a full refund for the monetary loss I incurred. I have had a few experiences with BMO Harris Bank and overall I am satisfied with their services. They have been very helpful in helping me with my insurance claim to repair my home from hurricane damage. They held the money until the repairs were completed and I was able to make the payments on time. I was even able to negotiate with them to remove the foreclosure fees and reinstate my loan in November of 2020. They have been very responsive to my inquiries and have provided me with the necessary adjustments. I was also pleased with the speed in which they released the insurance money. I would recommend BMO Harris Bank to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful banking experience.

I have been banking with BMO Harris for over 35 years and had an issue with a check that was placed on a 7 business day hold. I expressed my concern that with today's technology, this should not be necessary. The customer service team was understanding and worked with me to validate the check and resolve the issue.
