The customer service team has been very helpful in addressing my concerns and I have been able to get assistance from the head office. Although I have had to replace the set multiple times, I am still satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service I have received. I was out of pocket $4000 and would have preferred if the furniture was replaced. I called 4 months ago and spoke to someone in another country who said they would take care of the issue, but unfortunately it was never resolved. I have since been unable to get a human on the phone to help with the billing issue. Despite this, I am still satisfied with mybobs.com and would recommend them to others. The customer service could use some improvement, but overall I am happy with my experience. I would give mybobs.com 4 stars.
