I visited the buybuybaby.com store to return an item and purchase another. The staff were polite and helpful, and I was able to complete my transaction without any issues. I was pleased with the level of customer service I received and would recommend this company to others. 4 stars.

I ordered an item from Buy Buy Baby that was listed as in stock and off a registry. I was sent an email that the item would be delivered within two weeks, but the delivery date was moved back twice. When I checked to track the item, the initial delivery date was still listed and I had not received the item. I contacted the company and they said the supplier would reach out in 72 hours, but when I did receive contact, they had the wrong item number and wrong item. I called Buy Buy Baby and they said they would get back to me. After a week, I still had not received the item and had not heard back from Buy Buy Baby. I have now called three times to find out where my item is.Although I have had some issues with the delivery of my item, I have been impressed with Buy Buy Baby's customer service. They have been responsive and have worked hard to resolve the issue. I am confident that they will deliver the item I ordered soon. I would give Buy Buy Baby 4 stars for their customer service.

I ordered three items from buybuybaby.com and two of them were delivered on time. However, I had an issue with the third item. I ordered it on 7/28/22 and kept getting estimated shipping updates. When I called customer service on October 20, they couldn't find the order at first. After repeating my information three times, they located the order and said they would call me back. I asked to cancel the order, but they said they couldn't do it until they called me back to find out what happened. Overall, I'm satisfied with the two items I received, but I wish the customer service process was smoother. 4 stars.

I ordered an item from buybuybaby.com and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I received. The item was on sale for 39.99, but I was charged 49.99. When I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond and resolved the issue quickly. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend buybuybaby.com to others. 5 stars!

I purchased a baby gift from buybuybaby.com on 7/26 and unfortunately, it did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. They offered me a full refund and I was very pleased with the outcome. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service I received from buybuybaby.com and would definitely recommend them to others. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of products is great. I'm sure I will be shopping with them again in the future. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and would give buybuybaby.com a rating of 5 stars.
