I visited crateandbarrel.com and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt safe and comfortable in the store. I was a bit disappointed that I was disconnected accidentally and that they didn't call me back, but overall I had a great experience. I appreciate that they are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of their customers by not allowing people with drinks to enter the store.

I placed an order with Crate and Barrel and intended to pick it up at the Geneva, IL store. I was a little surprised when I was notified that I only had one week to pick it up. Unfortunately, five days before my week was up, I came down with Covid. I tried to contact the store several times to ask them to ship it, but the phone number wasn't working. I called the national customer service line and they sent an email to Geneva explaining my request. They called me back before the end of the day with an update. I was relieved that my order was still available and I was able to have it shipped. I would definitely recommend having your order shipped no matter how close you live to the store; things happen! I'm very pleased with the product and service I received from Crate and Barrel and would give them 5 stars.

I ordered a cutting board from crateandbarrel.com and my credit card was charged right away. I was pleased with the promptness of the transaction, however I have yet to receive any delivery information. I'm sure the cutting board will arrive soon and I'm looking forward to using it. I'm giving crateandbarrel.com 4 stars for their quick processing of my order.

I ordered two sofas from crateandbarrel.com and unfortunately, only one arrived after five months. However, I was pleased with their customer service as they allowed me to return the one sofa. Although I was disappointed with the delay in delivery, I appreciate their willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. I would rate my experience with crateandbarrel.com 4 stars.

I had the opportunity to shop at Crate and Barrel and I was pleasantly surprised by the discounts they offered. The customer service was also great, with the agents being very helpful and friendly. The return policy is also very lenient, with CB sending replacements for just about everything at no cost to the customer. I was also impressed by the rating system, which is skewed in favor of the customer. The wait times can be a bit long, but that is to be expected with the amount of customers they have. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Crate and Barrel and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products at a great price.
