I ordered supplies from Edgepark.com and the order was cancelled without any explanation. I tried to place another order and it has been over two weeks with no updates. Despite this, I am still hopeful that my order will be fulfilled soon.

I have had mixed experiences with Edgepark.com. On the one hand, I have found that their customer service representatives do not always speak English, which can be frustrating. On the other hand, they have been very helpful in getting doctors' clearances and sending out my medications in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate Edgepark.com 3.5 stars.

I had to replace my CGM receiver and I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Edgepark. The first representative I spoke to gave me the correct number to call and the second representative was very helpful. I received a letter from them asking me to call back, which I did. Although I was told I was not eligible for a new receiver, I was able to purchase one out of pocket. Thankfully, I was able to get my replacement through my local pharmacy in one day. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from Edgepark and would recommend them to others.
