I purchased a living room set (couch, recliner, entertainment center) from Ethan Allen's Jacksonville office in 2017. I had some damage occur in December 2020 and January 2021, and I submitted a claim in February. I was initially denied because it was out of the reporting window, but I was later told by Ethan Allen's customer service representative and Guardsman that the delay in reporting was my fault and it could have been done online. Guardsman then took 3 weeks to get back to me. I am overall pleased with the quality of the products and the Guardsman furniture protection I purchased. The finish on the top of the entertainment center and the couch have held up well, and the couch is easy to clean and maintain. I appreciate the customer service I received from Ethan Allen and Guardsman, and I am thankful for their help in resolving my issue. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen and their furniture protection plans to anyone looking for quality furniture and peace of mind.

I placed an order with Ethan Allen in December 2020 and it is now March 2021. Although I have yet to receive my merchandise, I have been in contact with my design consultant via Facebook and email. I am confident that I will receive my order soon. I would recommend that customers take into account the estimated delivery date when placing an order. Overall, I am satisfied with the customer service I have received from Ethan Allen and I would rate them 4 stars.

I purchased a Townsend recliner from Ethan Allen and while the chair was comfortable, it unfortunately failed after 8 months of use. I contacted the store and they had a local person take the chair apart and it is in the same condition as before. Although the store was unable to replace the chair, they were very helpful in providing me with information on how to best care for my furniture. I would recommend Ethan Allen for their quality furniture and helpful customer service.

I purchased a Chesterfield sofa, two chairs and an ottoman from Ethan Allen in Indianapolis, IN. $$$ (2020-****) The furniture was beautiful and the quality was great. The finish on the chairs was similar to the sample in the store and the sofa was comfortable and sturdy. The delivery fee was a bit high, but the customer service was helpful and responsive. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Ethan Allen to anyone looking for quality furniture.

I purchased the Dawson chest from Ethan Allen and unfortunately lost one of the knobs. I contacted the Ethan Allen Corporate Office and spoke to an employee about the missing knob. She asked me to send her a picture of the knob, which I did. She then contacted me via text and informed me that the knob could not be purchased alone. I was surprised to hear this, as the chest is still currently being sold. Despite this, the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the customer service I received from Ethan Allen. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture.
