I started working and was behind on my energy bill. I contacted Evergy.com to set up a payment plan and was able to give them my whole check to get caught up. The customer service representative was polite and helpful. Although my light bill is still high, I appreciate the assistance I received from Evergy.com. I would rate them 4 stars.

I had an issue with my Evergy bill and called customer service to get it resolved. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to explain the issue to me in a way that I could understand. She was also very patient and courteous, even though I had to wait 45 minutes for my call to be taken. I am very pleased with the service I received from Evergy and would recommend them to others. I give them 4 stars.

I have been a customer of Evergy for some time now and while their service has not always been consistent, I am confident that they will continue to be a leader in the industry. I appreciate their commitment to providing reliable service and I am sure their executives are working hard to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I would recommend exploring alternatives, but I am confident that Evergy will continue to be a great choice.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Evergy.com. They were quick to respond to my issue and fixed it in a timely manner. I feel much safer now that my house has better security. I'm not sure if I was charged for the time the light was not working, but I would recommend calling Evergy.com soon to get it sorted out. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I received and would give them 5 stars.
