I had a great experience with Fairview.org. They were very helpful when my family was on MNSure and Medical Assistance. The billing department was able to bill to an insurance company we had two years earlier and they were able to resubmit the bill when BCBS would not pay. After talking with the county, they said everything was taken care of and I didn't receive a bill again until 7 months later. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Fairview.org and would highly recommend them. 5 stars!

I had an experience with Fairview.org's health care billing system and I was pleased with the outcome. I requested an itemized bill and it arrived within 30 days. When I received it, I noticed that some of the charges had been adjusted, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service team was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received from Fairview.org and would give them 4 or 5 stars.

I had to deal with Fairview.org's billing systems since they merged with Fairview. While there were some issues with their systems, they were quick to respond and help me resolve the issue. They also have programs in place to help customers out if they are having difficulty paying their bills. I was pleased with the level of communication and customer service I received. I would recommend Fairview.org to anyone looking for a reliable healthcare provider. 4/5 stars.

I have been receiving mammograms at Fairview Women's Clinic for years, and have always been covered by Blue Cross and Medicare. My most recent mammogram in July 2019 was also covered by Blue Cross and Medicare. When I received a bill for $121 from Midwest Radiology in August 2020, I called a number of Fairview offices for help, but unfortunately there was no one to assist me. I eventually paid the bill after receiving a second threatening bill. I am now using the North system for all of my medical services. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Fairview Women's Clinic and would give them 4 stars.

I had a virtual visit with Fairview Hospital and was pleased to find that my preventative visit was covered. The billing process was a bit confusing, as the code they used for my 15 minute online call was a bit confusing. However, after I contacted the billing department, they were quick to resend the bill to my insurance and the issue was resolved. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism of the billing department and would recommend Fairview Hospital for preventative visits.
