Froedtert's Health Network is a partnership between Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research and education. Their health network operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level One trauma center at Milwaukee Hospital, an internationally recognized training and research center that conducts thousands of clinical trials and research. The MCW Health network includes 10 hospital locations, more than 2,100 physicians, and more than 45 health centers and clinics, attracting patients from throughout the Midwest and across the country. In their most recent fiscal year, there were more than 1.7 million outpatient visits and more than 58 inpatient visits to their hospitals.

Froedtert Login Guide

To access Froedtert's online portal, MyChart, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Froedtert website at https://www.froedtert.com/mychart and click on the "Sign in to MyChart" button.
2. If you are a Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin patient, enter your username and password in the provided fields.
3. If you are a Froedtert South patient, go to https://mychart.froedtertsouth.com/mychartFS/Authentication/Login and enter your username and password.
4. If you are a new user, click on the "Sign Up Now" button to create an account.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process.
6. Once you have logged in, you can view your health information and communicate with your healthcare team.
