I called the Emer branch of Fulton Bank to inquire about why the Mullica Hill branch was not open. The person I spoke with was not very helpful and refused to give me his name or the name of the manager. However, the customer service representative at the Elmer, NJ branch was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Fulton Bank as a reliable financial institution, but suggest that customers take the time to visit a branch in person to ensure they receive the best service.

I applied for a refinance loan with Fulton Bank to attempt to lower my RV loan, which they had approved back in 2014 with no problem. I had never missed a payment and was always up to date on my payments. Before I applied, I checked my credit score with Transunion, which Fulton uses to check, and my score was 746. After applying, I was immediately turned down. Fulton stated that my score was only 700, which did not meet their criteria. I asked Fulton where they got that score and they stated that was what Transunion showed on the report. I advised them that their score was incorrect and they insisted that it was correct and their decision stands. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I appreciate the effort that Fulton Bank put into my application. I understand that they have certain criteria that must be met in order to approve a loan, and I respect their decision. I would recommend that anyone considering using Fulton Bank for a loan do their homework and make sure they understand the criteria and requirements before applying.
