Guitar Center Login

I purchased a used synthesizer online from another Guitar Center location. I was disappointed to find out that the item had already been sold more than a month ago. However, I was pleased with the customer service I received from Jae, who helped me source a local item that was comparable in price for same day pick up. When I arrived at the local store, the manager was unable to locate the power cord or USB plug to make sure the item worked. I asked for a refund and was refunded the next day. Unfortunately, the refund was immediately taken out of my account. I contacted Guitar Center customer service and they asked for an account statement to verify. Since I used my cash app card, I was unable to provide a statement until the next month. The customer service representative, Santiago, and the accounting team have been very helpful in resolving this issue. Overall, I had a positive experience with Guitar Center. They were organized, their systems were up to date, and their customer service was excellent. I was refunded for my purchase and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Guitar Center to anyone looking for quality musical instruments.

I purchased a DV mark model DV-Raw Dawg-EG, serial J9N00481 from Woodwind & Brass, which I believe is owned by Guitarcenter.com. I experienced an issue with the amp, where it runs for a minute or two and then the volume shuts off completely. I was advised to call around all the Guitarcenter stores until I found one that would accept it for repair, which I found to be an unreasonable request. I am pleased to report that Guitarcenter.com was able to provide me with the address of where I can return the amp for repair, and I am confident that it will be taken care of under their 2 year warranty. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Guitarcenter.com and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality musical instruments and accessories. 5 stars!

I visited Guitar Center and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well-stocked with a variety of instruments and equipment. I was particularly impressed with the selection of used items, which were in great condition. The music they played in the store was enjoyable, and I especially enjoyed the Heavy Metal Sundays. I would definitely recommend Guitar Center to anyone looking for quality musical instruments and equipment.

I purchased an Arturia mkII 61 keyboard controller and a TEAC 24 from Guitar Center online. Although I had some issues with the order, I was pleased with the overall experience. The Arturia mkII 61 was easy to set up and use, and I was able to get it working without any help. I was disappointed that Guitar Center only sent an e-mail receipt and not a paper invoice, but I understand that this is their policy. I would recommend Guitar Center online for anyone looking for quality musical equipment. The Arturia mkII 61 is a great product and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Marshall head from Guitar Center on 12/13/2021 and I have yet to receive it (January 27,2022). I had some difficulty getting through the automated operator, but the customer service was still satisfactory. Sweetwater had the same product, but it was out of stock. I would recommend shopping at Sweetwater for their excellent customer service. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at Guitar Center and would rate it 4 stars.
