I wanted to make this a special trip for our 44th anniversary. I went to book first class to and from Vegas and was disappointed to find that it was only available on the return flight. I decided to book seats in the main cabin and was pleasantly surprised when I got an email to bid on first class seats. I put in a high bid and was thrilled when I got it! The 'lay flat seats' were comfortable and made the flight enjoyable. We were both 66 and my wife had had 4 spinal surgeries, so the plush leather first class seats of before were a dream to enjoy on long flights. Unfortunately, my wife had to be rushed to the hospital with a heart issue on the third day of our stay. The hotel manager was very kind and extended our stay, no charge. I called customer service to notify that we were not going to be on our scheduled flight home and they were very accommodating. We worked out a return flight to coordinate with our son who flew up to be with mom. When I had a problem with an 'error' at the kiosk, the agent at the 'error' counter was very helpful and found us seats together in Premium class. We made it home safely and I am grateful for the customer service we received. I am also thankful for the insurance I purchased, as I am hoping to get a refund for my first class return flight. Overall, I am very pleased with the service we received from Hawaiian Airlines and would definitely recommend them to others.

I purchased two tickets from Hawaiian Airlines for a flight from California to Hawaii in April 2020. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to use the tickets. I am writing to inquire if I can use my ticket to fly back to California in February or March 2022. Additionally, I am wondering if the ticket purchased for my father, who passed away in September 2021, can be refunded. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you. Hawaiian Airlines has been a great experience for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable flight.

I had the pleasure of using Hawaiian Airlines for a one-way trip for four people. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and the promptness of the return of my 70,000 miles. I would highly recommend Hawaiian Airlines to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient airline. Five stars!

I flew with Hawaiian Airlines for an international flight and had a great experience. The flight quality was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I became ill with Covid-19 right before my return flight and had to cancel my ticket. I called the customer service line and the agent I spoke to was unhelpful and rude. I had to call again and speak to someone else to actually cancel it. Despite this, I was still impressed with the quality of the flight and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Hawaiian Airlines for their flight quality, but I would suggest being aware of their customer service.

I flew with Hawaiian Airlines and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the flight was comfortable. The only issue I had was that I didn't receive any information about my luggage and when I would receive it. However, I was able to get in touch with customer service and they were able to provide me with the necessary information. I would recommend Hawaiian Airlines to others, but suggest that they double check their luggage information before leaving the airport. Overall, I give Hawaiian Airlines 4 stars.
