I ordered several items from Hot Topic for Christmas. The items took a bit longer than expected to ship, but eventually arrived. I had an issue with one item being out of stock, but the customer service representative was very helpful and reordered it in a different size and color. Unfortunately, the item was canceled again two days later. I called back and the customer service representative was understanding and apologetic. They offered to look into the issue further and were very professional. I am satisfied with the service I received and would recommend Hot Topic for future purchases. 4 stars.

I received a reward for compensation from Hot Topic after they canceled an order without notice. I used the reward to purchase a shirt, but after I placed the order I noticed that the shirt looked different on the website's model than it did in person. I contacted customer service to see if I could cancel the order, but they told me that they could not. However, they did offer to let me return the item, even though the shipping cost was more than the item itself. I appreciate that Hot Topic was willing to work with me to resolve the issue, and I would give them 4 stars for their customer service.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Hot Topic. I was given the option to get a refund or be sent the correct item and chose to get a replacement. I was sent the correct item and am very happy with it. Hot Topic's customer service was very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to others. 5 stars!

I visited the Hot Topic at the Spectrum and had a positive experience overall. I was looking for something nice to wear during quarantine, and my friend found a great Borderlands shirt. The cashier, Jes, was friendly and helpful. She asked if my friend was doing a cool Harley Quinn cosplay, and when my friend said no, Jes was understanding and apologetic. Jes also reminded me to keep my mask on, which I appreciated. The store had a great selection of items, and I was able to find something that made me feel good about myself. I would definitely recommend Hot Topic to anyone looking for unique clothing and accessories.

I visited the Dayton Mall location of Hot Topic to purchase a gift for my Father. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleased to see that they had a wide selection of products to choose from. The store was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable shopping there. I was also impressed with their mask policy, which was clearly posted and enforced. I appreciate that they are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of their customers and staff. The staff member who assisted me was courteous and professional, and I was able to find the perfect gift for my Father. I would highly recommend Hot Topic to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. I give them 5 stars!
