Illinois Login

To log in to Illinois.gov, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Illinois.gov login page at https://iloginhelp.illinois.gov/.
2. If you are an existing user, you can sign in with your username. If you are a new user, you will need to create an ILogin account by completing a short registration and validating your identity.
3. Once you have an ILogin account, you can easily access it for other State of Illinois sites.
4. When signing into ILogin, you will be required to submit an access code in addition to your ILogin credentials. You can choose to receive this verification code via text message, phone call, or an app verification.
5. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link to initiate the password reset process. You will be asked to enter your current email address or username and select a security option to verify your identity (SMS, Voice Call, or Email).
6. If your account has been locked, it will automatically unlock after 60 minutes. To unlock your account before 60 minutes, click on the "Unlock account?" link to initiate the account unlock process. You will be asked to enter your current email address or username and select a security option to verify your identity (SMS, Voice Call, or Email).
7. Once you have successfully logged in, you can access your account information or apply for benefits.
