I purchased a bracelet from Jared.com for $252. Unfortunately, it broke after 6 months and I had to pay $71 to repair it. Unfortunately, it broke again in two more places and Jared.com refused to stand behind their jewelry or work. The manager was not helpful and I felt like I lost a great salesman/manager in Ky. Although I was disappointed with the customer service, I had previously purchased an engagement ring and a $10,000 ring from Jared.com, all from Ky. I would recommend Jared.com, but be aware of their business practices.

I visited Jared.com to have my rings checked and was pleased with the service I received. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was seen promptly despite there being only two other customers in the store. The staff were able to identify two loose stones in my rings and told me they would be ready between 3:30-4pm. I returned at 4pm and was informed that the rings were not yet ready due to the black diamonds needing to be coated. I was told it would only take an hour, so I returned at 5pm and was informed that I couldn't wear the rings until the next day due to the enamel being wet. The staff were understanding of the fact that I had to wait a year due to COVID to have my rings inspected for the warranty. I would recommend Jared.com for anyone looking for quality jewelry, and suggest taking a screenshot of any items on clearance to ensure you get the clearance price. Overall, I had a positive experience and would rate Jared.com 4/5 stars.

I placed an order with Jared.com (#100004****7176) and unfortunately, the item I had chosen was no longer available. I was disappointed, but the customer service team was very helpful in finding me an alternative. They were very understanding and accommodating, and I was able to find a suitable replacement. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Jared.com and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry. 4/5 stars.

My wife and I purchased a ring from Jared.com using their credit company. We were pleased to find out that the ring was 12 months interest free. We also put down $600 in cash and were offered a protection plan for $329.99, which we thought was a great value. We got our ring in a timely manner and were very pleased with the quality. We would definitely recommend Jared.com to anyone looking for quality jewelry at a great price. We give them 5 stars!

I ordered a bracelet from Jared.com and was disappointed that it did not arrive on the expected delivery date of 1/10/2022. However, the customer service team was very helpful and responsive in trying to resolve the issue. They offered to refund my money, but I wanted the bracelet. I was informed that it would take two weeks to trace the order, but I was pleased to find that my previous orders from the summer were still available online. Overall, I am satisfied with the customer service I received and would recommend Jared.com for future purchases.
