JSU Login Guide

Logging into your Jackson State University (JSU) accounts is easy. Depending on the account you need to access, the steps may vary.

To log in to your JSU email account, enter your JSU email address with the Jnumber (i.e., Jnumber@students.jsums.edu) as the username. Click “Next”. If this is your first time accessing JSU email, enter your date of birth (i.e., mmddyyyy) as your password.

To log in to MyJSU, go to my.jsu.edu. Enter your JSU email address and password. Click “Sign In”.

To log in to GEM, go to gem.jsu.edu. Enter your username (example@stu.jsu.edu) and password. Click “Login”.

To log in to JSU PAWS, go to ssb-prod.ec.jsums.edu/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin. Enter your Banner User Identification Number (also known as your J-number for User ID) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Click “Login”.

To log in to Jackson State University's scholarship management system, go to jsums.academicworks.com/users/sign_in. Enter your J and NetID. Click “Sign In”.

If you need support for your JSU email account, go to jsums.net/student-email-support/. Follow the instructions to log in to your JSU email account.
