I purchased an item from Kay Jewelers using their credit card from Comenity Bank. The customer service was not the best, but they were able to help me with my purchase. They were honest and upfront about the terms of my purchase and the interest rate associated with it. I would recommend checking your balance every month to ensure that you are not paying more than you should. Overall, I had a good experience with Kay Jewelers and Comenity Bank and would give them 4 stars.

I found out that something was purchased from Kay.com using my stolen wallet and social security number. I was shocked to find out that this was affecting my credit score, as I have never used a credit card or loan before. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to help me resolve this issue, but have had no luck. I am giving Kay.com a 5 star rating, as I have no experience with their company and have no negative feedback to give. I am hoping that someone from Kay.com can help me resolve this dispute and get me the loan I need.

I had a repair done at the Dublin, GA location of Kay.com. The cost of the repair was the same as the cost of the necklace, which was a bit disappointing. However, the repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend Kay.com for jewelry repairs. 4 stars.
