I ordered two candles from Kirklands.com and unfortunately one of them arrived broken. I called to report the issue and the representative was not very friendly. She asked me if I wanted to exchange or get a refund, and I chose the refund. She put me on hold and I thought she had hung up. She eventually came back and told me to take it to the nearest store for my refund. I asked how I was supposed to get the broken glass to the store and she said to put it back in the box. I was disappointed with the customer service, but I understand that it can be difficult to handle these types of situations. I have been to Kirklands stores in the past and I have always enjoyed my experience. The stores are great, but the customer service could use some improvement. I was disappointed with my experience this time, but I would still recommend Kirklands for their great selection of products.

I ordered a beautiful Palm Tree picture from Kirklands.com and it arrived in 3 days. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I found a gorgeous COW picture instead. I contacted Kirklands customer service and they were very apologetic and immediately offered to send the correct item. They also offered to have the incorrect item picked up by Fed Ex. I was very impressed with their customer service and they restored my faith in their company. I would definitely recommend Kirklands.com for their excellent customer service and fast delivery. 5 stars!

I purchased a large pack of organic apple sauce pouches from Costco under the Kirkland Signature brand name. I was pleased with the quality of the product, however, I did find two pouches with pieces of plastic in them. I am sure that Kirkland Signature would take the necessary steps to ensure the safety of their customers, and I am confident that this issue will be resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would recommend it to others. 4/5 stars.

I ordered an item from Kirklands.com for store pick up. I was notified that it was ready for pick up, but when I arrived at the store, I found that it was closed with a note saying they would not be open until 5 pm. I called the Customer Service department and they were very helpful. They offered to cancel the order and I was able to place a new order for delivery. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and I would recommend ordering from Kirklands.com for delivery. The customer service was excellent and I had no issues with my order.

I purchased a box of 120 puppy pads from Kirklands.com and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. The pads are thick and durable, and they have held up well to my 9 puppies. I am on a tight budget and I appreciate the great value that Kirklands.com offers. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality puppy pads at an affordable price. 5 stars!
