After two months of having the sofa, the mechanism broke and I had to call customer service. Porsha was very helpful and accommodating, and I was able to arrange for a service person to come to my house. I am confident that the issue will be resolved and I am pleased with the service I have received. I would recommend La-Z-Boy to my friends and family.

I purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner and was pleased with the quality of the leather and the comfort of the chair. After less than a year of having it, the color started to rub off on the leg rest, arms and headrest. I contacted La-Z-Boy customer service and they were very helpful in providing me with a solution. They sent me a product to clean the chair and the color was restored. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from La-Z-Boy and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture.

I have been dealing with La-Z-Boy for 5 months regarding a damaged piece of furniture that was delivered to me. I am pleased to report that they have been very responsive and have worked diligently to resolve the issue. They have been professional and courteous throughout the process and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I purchased a beautiful Astor Platinum lift/recliner w/power headrest from the La Z Boy store in Victor, NY on February 6/2022 for my husband who is a hemiplegic. We received it February 25, 2022 and were thrilled at how much it reduced his pain and improved his comfort along with ability to transfer. In late summer, the motor broke as he was in a reclined position, and unable to get out of the chair by himself. I phoned for service, and was pleased to receive an appointment about a month later, on 8/30/22. The serviceman was pleasant and had told us he needed to order a part for it, and it arrived within two weeks. The chair was repaired on 9/27/22. Recently, the controller lever to recline the entire chair was not functioning. I phoned it into the service department on 12/16/22, and was pleased to receive an email that someone would be here on January 24th, 2023, and the issue was rectified. I am very pleased with the comfort and style of the La Z Boy lift/recliner, and the customer service I have received. The serviceman was pleasant and helpful, and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I am confident that my husband will be able to use the chair with confidence and comfort. I would highly recommend La Z Boy to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish lift/recliner. 5 stars!

I purchased two chairs from Lazboy and unfortunately one of them was damaged and not delivered. I was disappointed but the store manager at the Egg Harbor Township NJ location was very helpful and understanding. She kept me updated on the status of the chair and was able to provide me with a timeline for when I could expect to receive the chair. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and the chair was delivered in a timely manner. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Lazboy to others.
