I had an issue with my Lincoln car that needed to be serviced. I had been calling for service since November of 2022, but unfortunately, three Ford/Lincoln dealers were unable to service my car until January/February. My car had a leak on the moon roof, causing mildew, wetness, and a bad smell. Despite the inconvenience, I was able to get the issue resolved for $695, which was covered by my warranty. I am pleased with the service I received from Lincoln and would recommend them to others.

I had an issue with my Lincoln car where it wouldn't start. I took it to Tuscaloosa Ford and they informed me that the part needed to fix the car was no longer in stock. I tried many companies, but none of them had the part. They informed me that I needed to tow the car away because they couldn't fix it and that I would have to pay for the service they did perform. However, I am pleased to report that after some research, I was able to find the part I needed and get my car fixed. I am very happy with the service I received from Tuscaloosa Ford and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service center. I give them 4 stars.

I took my Lincoln MKX to the local Ford service center for an issue with starting. The technician informed me that the part I needed was no longer available. Although I was disappointed that I was unable to get my car fixed, I was impressed with the technician's knowledge and professionalism. I would still recommend the Lincoln MKX to others, but would suggest that they keep an eye out for any potential issues. Overall, I had a positive experience with the service center and would rate it 4 stars.

I purchased a 2022 Navigator with only 81 miles on it. The salesman was helpful in discussing the options available, including the black label and special order options. We decided to purchase the white Navigator on the showroom floor with the blackout package, which was an additional charge of around $3,500. The car was taken to a body shop to be painted and the paperwork showed the charge was actually $7,000. After picking up the car, I noticed some issues with the paint job. I contacted the dealership and they were willing to fix the issues. After a few weeks, I was able to pick up the car and it was done correctly. Although the car buying experience was not ideal, I am happy with the outcome and the car looks great. I would rate my experience with Lincoln.com 4 stars.
