I ordered from Overstock.com and was pleasantly surprised by the price difference from last week to today. I received my order quickly and was delighted to find that it was on sale today. I would highly recommend Overstock.com for their great prices and fast shipping.

I purchased a chandelier from Overstock.com that unfortunately did not fit my space. I was disappointed to learn that the return shipping cost would not be covered by Overstock, as the item was from a third party vendor. I was also disappointed with the customer service I received when I called to inquire about the return policy, as it was not made clear on the website. Despite my appeal to them, Overstock was not willing to help defray the cost of my return. I understand that Overstock is not responsible for the return policy of third party vendors, however I do wish that the return policy was more clearly stated on the website. I was also surprised to learn that if the item was broken, the return shipping cost would be covered. Overall, I found the prices at Overstock to be reasonable, however I was disappointed with the customer service and return policy. I would recommend shopping at Overstock, however I would suggest being aware of the return policy before making a purchase.

I ordered a faucet from Overstock.com and found that the price was $160.00 more than what was offered at Wayfair. I contacted Overstock to inquire about price matching, but unfortunately, that was not available for me. I was unable to cancel or refund the order, so I waited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived, my contractor had already left and we had already ordered and installed the faucet that was available. Overstock did charge me a return fee, but it was not excessive. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with Overstock and would recommend them to others.

I ordered a Chaise from Overstock and had a bit of an ordeal getting it. I received two sets of arms but not the Chaise itself. I did a chat with Overstock and spoke to a representative, but they weren't able to help me. I then called Overstock and spoke to a young lady, but she didn't seem to understand the situation. I then looked at the shipping paperwork and contacted the company that shipped the Chaise. The lady I spoke to was able to resolve the delivery issue in less than two hours and I received all the parts to put the Chaise together in three days. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product I received from Overstock. The items are of good quality and the delivery was quick. The customer service could have been better, but the issue was eventually resolved. I would recommend Overstock to others and give them a 4 or 5 star rating.

I have had a positive experience with Overstock.com. They have a lot of helpful information and customer service is always willing to help. I have been satisfied with my purchases and would recommend them to others.
