I received a rocker as a baby shower gift from Pottery Barn that was around $1,500. The person who gave it to me also added white glove delivery service so it would be stress free. When the rocker was delivered, I was disappointed to find that the lumbar support pillow that comes with it was missing. I contacted Pottery Barn's customer service and was met with long wait times and inconsistent answers. Despite the fact that the chair was in stock online, it took several months to finally receive the lumbar support pillow. Although the process was frustrating, I am pleased with the end result. The chair is beautiful and the lumbar support pillow is a great addition. I am thankful for the white glove delivery service and the helpful customer service reps who worked hard to resolve the issue. I would recommend Pottery Barn for their good looking items and white glove delivery service.

I purchased a Pacifica Trundle Sofa from Pottery Barn on December 2nd 2022. The order stated that it was "IN STOCK READY TO SHIP" with an estimated standard delivery of Feb 3rd - Feb 20th 2023. Although the delivery time seemed long, I was still excited to receive my purchase. It is now Feb 23rd and I have not yet received my sofa. I have tried to contact Pottery Barn, but it is impossible to speak with a person, which is quite frustrating. I have purchased several items from Wayfair and the service was excellent. Even when we received a broken piece of furniture, I was able to speak with a person and the matter was professionally rectified within 5 days. I felt valued and looked after! I would recommend shopping around for good service as it is your hard earned money. I hope that Pottery Barn can deliver the product or service I ordered soon.

I ordered a side chair for my living room from Pottery Barn. When it arrived, I noticed that there was some damage to the ribbing on the chair. The delivery person also noticed and took a picture of it. After looking at it, I was able to make it look good with a little work, so I didn't contact Pottery Barn for a replacement. Unbeknownst to me, the delivery company reported it as damaged and Pottery Barn initiated another order for a new chair, for which I was charged $1600. I called and cancelled the replacement order as I was satisfied with the repair and didn't want to wait longer. I requested the $1600 be credited back to my charge card, but Pottery Barn refused, citing that the contract said any cancellation would not result in a refund. After weeks of trying to get it reversed, I gave up. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I was pleased with the customer service I received from Pottery Barn. I would give them 4 stars.

I purchased a set of sheets from Potterybarn.com for my guest room. The price was a bit steep ($314 for the set), but I was pleased with the quality of the sheets. Unfortunately, after laundering the fitted sheet five times, it split along the entire length of the bed. I followed the laundering instructions carefully, using a warm cycle and moderate heat to dry on the shortest setting. I did not use bleach, just a gentle laundry detergent. When I contacted Potterybarn.com customer service, they were unable to provide a replacement sheet. Although I was disappointed with the outcome, I appreciate the customer service team's effort to help me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Potterybarn.com 4 stars.

I purchased an item from Potterybarn.com and while the customer service was not the best, they were still polite. The price of the item dropped after I ordered it, but before it arrived, and unfortunately they were unable to honor the new price. Despite this, I am still satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Potterybarn.com to others. 4/5 stars.
