TNCompass Login

In partnership with RANDA Solutions, the TNCompass department developed and launched TNCompass, an educator talent management system that securely collects, stores and displays assessment, licensure, readiness, discipline, experience and compensation data for all educators in Tennessee. It was created to allow the submission of Tennessee educator license transactions. All Tennessee educators, including teachers and school service personnel, must access it to take action on a current license. Transcripts must be sent directly from the institution to the address at the bottom of this document, or via electronic clearinghouse to their designated email address. Educators may not submit transcripts to OELP or upload transcripts to the merchant.
