To log in to VA.gov, follow these steps:

1. Go to the VA sign-in page.
2. Select Login.gov.
3. Enter your email address and password on the Login.gov page.
4. Select Sign in.

If you don't have a Login.gov account, you can create one by selecting "Create an account" on the Login.gov page. Alternatively, you can sign in to VA.gov with any of these four accounts: Login.gov, ID.me, My HealtheVet, or DS Logon. If you don't have an account, you can create one with Login.gov or ID.me.

If you have an existing My HealtheVet or DS Logon account, you won't need to verify your identity again when you sign in to VA.gov. If you don't have one of these accounts, you can verify your identity using Login.gov or ID.me.

In the near future, all VA websites will use the new sign-in process through VA.gov with Login.gov as the recommended account. To ensure a smooth transition, it is recommended that you create a Login.gov account if you don't already have one. This will allow you to access all VA websites with the same credentials.

I have had a few experiences at the VA Medical Center in Atlanta and overall I have been satisfied with the service. Appointments are usually on time and the wait time to make appointments is usually reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful and they always put the patient's care as top priority. I would recommend this Medical Hospital to other veterans.

I called va.gov for assistance for my brother, a former Marine. I was pleased to find that the telephone system was easy to navigate and I was able to quickly speak to a helpful representative. They provided me with the information I needed and I am very grateful for their assistance. I would highly recommend va.gov for anyone needing assistance. 5 stars!

I have been trying to get in touch with the audiology department at va.gov for the last few months. I have been given extensions that don't work, and the operator has forwarded me somewhere only to have the phone ring with no answer. I have been told that extensions are being changed, but I'm not sure what that means. Despite the challenges, I would recommend trying to remain patient when calling va.gov. I would rate my experience 4 stars.

I had to contact va.gov and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. Although it took me a few days and a few hours each day to get through to someone, I was eventually able to get the help I needed. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend va.gov to anyone looking for assistance. 5 stars!

I understand the frustration with the long wait times at VA.gov. However, I appreciate the effort they are making to ensure that veterans are served in the order they were received. I understand that the wait times can be long, but I am confident that VA.gov is doing their best to provide the best care possible for veterans. I would give them 4 stars for their commitment to helping veterans.
